In my time in the fitness industry (1999 to now) I have studied hard and strived to learn more about how the body works so I can provide a better service to my clients.

On my journey to do this I have qualified as a tutor and assessor so that I can share what I have learned and help others develop their skills too!

Face-to-Face Tuition

Through my education company, Universal Training, I offer you a range of courses to study in a face-to-face setting (usually groups rather than one to one), with courses held across the UK and internationally too.

Virtual Classrooms

Through this current pandemic of Coronavirus (Covid-19) it is hard to be in a “safe place” to teach, but using modern technology the classes can still be taught to anywhere in the world via Zoom, Skype, Google Meet and even WhatsApp (usually through Zoom though).

As an example, at the time of updating this (April 2020) I am the tutor of a course for the Sports Medicine Association of Pakistan (SMAP) and as I cannot get out to see my friends there I am still delivering sessions via Zoom for them.

We all learn in different ways. Some will grasp some concepts quicker than others, and that is totally normal.

Throughout your time with me as your tutor you will have constant access to me via phone, message (text or WhatsApp), social media, email and video calls as needed…all at no extra charge.
