Finding You is all about helping you reach the goal you have in your mind of the body you want.
Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve your fitness, run a marathon, or whether you just want to be healthier so you can chase around after the children or grandchildren; you’ve come to the right place.
This plan is designed just for you. No cookie-cutter, run-of-the-mill session plans here. You and I will talk and plan out a journey from body A (where you are right now) to body B (where you want to be). We will plan nutrition, workouts, and more to get you where you want to be and show the world the you that is longing to be seen.
The Finding You Plan is not a ‘get-slim-quick’ or quick-fix idea, it is a progressive commitment between you and me to get from where you are to where you want to be. It didn’t take you 4 weeks to get into the shape that has you wanting help, so don’t expect me to fix it all in 4 weeks or less. Consistency is key and I will do all I can to get you back on track, keep you on track and get you the results you want. This is why I charge £150 per 4 week period for this service. It is all about a commitment from me to you and vice versa.
