Wednesday Night Workout – Quick Fitness Challenge

Just a quick workout challenge for you to do tonight while I teach a spin class. Warm up before you do this!

You have 10 minutes to complete this, and do As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP)

Your challenge is…

20 x High Knees (10 steps each foot)
10 x Chest To Floor Burpees
10 x Squats (Squat and Knee Lift if you prefer)
10 x Knee Tucks
10 x Full Sit-Ups

Comment below with your score of how many rounds you completed, even with .2 per exercise of you get part way through a round at the end of the time.
