Home Workout – Upper Body Weights (ft Time Under Tension and Isometrics)

A training session (recorded from Facebook Live) that this time slows the movements down to make the muscles work more, and throws in some static holds to really get that pump!

You need something as a resistance (Kettlebell, dumbbells, ViPR, barbell, bottles of water) and some space to lie down for the chest exercise.
