Home Workout – Tuesday Legs Bums and Tums (week 20!)

A home workout (recorded from Facebook Live) that targets, activates and tones your legs bum and tummy. Use weights or something you have at home as a resistance.

You take all responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during this workout, and by taking part in this workout you release me from all liability regarding injury, damage etc.
