Home Workout – Thursday Upper Body Blast (yup, another one)

A training session (recorded from Facebook Live) that uses just the upper body muscles to tone and tighten you up a little during this lockdown.

You need something as a resistance (Kettlebell, dumbbells, ViPR, barbell, bottles of water) and some space to lie down for the chest exercise.

You take all responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during this workout, and by taking part in this workout you release me from all liability regarding injury, damage etc.
