Home Workout – Thursday Morning Upper Body Weights Blast PLUS a Chair!

A training session (recorded from Facebook Live) using weights to work your chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps and upper back all while using a chair for support.

If you don’t have dumbbells use bottles of water, books, bags with something in: anything really (but be sensible obviously!)

You take all responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during this workout, and by taking part in this workout you release me from all liability regarding injury, damage etc.
