Home Workout – Thursday Lower Body Blast (yup, another one!)

A simple training session (recorded from Facebook Live) that works right around and through your lower body.

You need something as a resistance (Kettlebell, dumbbells, ViPR, barbell, bottles of water) and some space to lie down for the chest exercise.

You take all responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during this workout, and by taking part in this workout you release me from all liability regarding injury, damage etc.
