Home Workout – Sunday Morning Whole Body Weights Workout

An upper body workout (recorded from Facebook Live) that is simple by design but definitely not easy to complete! Use 2 weights (dumbbells, weights plates, bottles of water etc) and give it your all.

You take all responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during this workout, and by taking part in this workout you release me from all liability regarding injury, damage etc.
