Home Workout – Sunday Morning Whole Body Blast (AMRAP)

A quick blast session (recorded from Facebook Live) using something as a resistance for a while body workout.

5 rounds, 5 minutes per round, 2 exercises per round as many times as you can.

You take all responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during this workout, and by taking part in this workout you release me from all liability regarding injury, damage etc.
