Home Workout – Strength Endurance HIIT 6

This is always my favourite session of the week! (recorded from Facebook Live). 4 minutes of tabatas for fitness, rest 1 minute, 4 minutes strength endurance with no rest, rest 1 minute, and repeat this all 5 times with different exercises each time.

Massive calorie burn and conditioning response from this session is a definite 😎
