Home Workout – Strength Endurance HIIT 3

A training session (recorded from Facebook Live) using something as a resistance; Kettlebell, dumbbells, water bottles, anything really. It’s the movements that are important not necessarily the weight.

3rd of these sessions means it’s time to step it up and increase the load for each muscle group.

I smashed through 899 calories in this circuit style workout that covers strength, cardio fitness and muscular endurance in a high intensity interval style of training.
