A slow, steady, simple stretching session to try and help you release all the tension from your workouts.
No I’m not a yoga instructor or pilates instructor, and yes I have a few movement issues of my own so feel free adapt these movements to make them harder or easier if you need to.
You take all responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during this workout, and by taking part in this workout you release me from all liability regarding injury, damage etc.
