Home Workout – Saturday Cardio HIIT (6×4)

Recorded from Facebook Live, this cardio session uses 6 exercises for 4 rounds: 2 rounds of 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest and 2 rounds of 45 seconds work 15 seconds rest.

All you need is space, a towel and your bodyweight.
