Challenge yourself!

This workout (recorded from Facebook Live) takes you through 15 minutes of legs and 20 minutes of upper body weights work doing as much work as you can in each 4 minute round. This was fun!

You take all responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during this workout, and by taking part in this workout you release me from all liability regarding injury, damage etc.
