Home Workout – Drop Time (Tough🔥)

A workout you can do at home with a mat and a weight (Kettlebell, dumbbell, bag of tins, anything really). Work through 4 stages:

1) Upper Body
2) Core
3) Lower Body
4) Cardio

This definitely burns calories 🔥🔥🔥

Designed as a home workout during the Covid-19 lockdown of 2020.
