Home Workout – Don’t Bottle Out! (Sunday Week 21)

We’re going back a little through the different home workout equipment we’ve made with this workout. Using 2 x 2 Litre water bottles (which weigh 2kg each when full of water) this workout that I recorded from Facebook Live takes you through a full body workout in just half an hour.

You take all responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during this workout, and by taking part in this workout you release me from all liability regarding injury, damage etc.
