Home Workout – Bank Holiday Monday Strength Endurance AMRAPs

Possibly one of my favourite sessions in recent history! (Recorded from Facebook Live).

Grab some weights, work every second you can while the timer is running for the pattern 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps as many times as possible during this whole body weights workout.

You take all responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during this workout, and by taking part in this workout you release me from all liability regarding injury, damage etc.
