Class Descriptions

The workout uses the entire body. Cardiovascularly you burn more calories in an hour than using a stairclimber. You use your whole body your arms, your legs and the time flies as you work on body movement, agility and momentum. Correct technique takes practice and good instruction. Soon you’ll become more comfortable with the punches enabling you to punch faster and burn even more calories. If you stick with the Boxercise workout you’ll get cut, you’ll get definition, but you won’t gain bulk. Boxercise pulls all the pieces together. Hitting the bag can be a release for your aggression and anger, and it’s a phenomenal workout. Best of all, it’s fun and relatively inexpensive. So don’t just sit there – get your gloves on!

Who said your pump class had to be an AC/DC extravaganza? We didn’t! Featuring the biggest muscle mash routines and set to some truly floor shaking tracks, pump fx raises the bar (literally!) when it comes to resistance programme perfection in the studio.

If you think that a spin cycle is something your washing machine does you’ve got a surprise coming to you! Simons spinning classes can help you burn up to 750 calories in a 45 minute session, so you’re going to do more than just sit on a bike!

VIBE CYCLE is riding a re-enforced, sturdy, stationary bike with a fixed wheel. We use the resistance lever to add and reduce the intensity and terrain of the ride, it takes place in a dance studio or room in Group/Class environment and utilises the 3 basic aspects:

Step aerobics helps burn calories and maintain weight. You will experience endurance training, strength training to improve your gait and balance, flexibility training to enhance joint movement, and positively affect your mental health as well. Step is fun, easy to learn, and suitable for all ages & abilities.

As the name implies, join us as we work your entire core: the middle, the sides, the top, the bottom, your lower back & more to give strength, shape & support to your whole way of life!

Using a combination of aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, bodyweight exercise and stomach exercises your whole body will get a highly effective workout that will tone, tighten, shape and define the body all at the same time.
