<p>All you need for this workout are:</p>

<div>Now before you take part in this or any physical activity it is always advisable to get your doctor&#8217;s &#8220;ok&#8221; that you can exercise.</div>

<div>Make sure before you do this workout that you warm-up thoroughly and stretch your muscles well to make sure your risk of injury is kept to a minimum.</div>
<div></div>
<div>The list of exercises is below, complete with the times you need to perform each exercise for. Underneath this list is a video of me performing the exercises, complete with tips for you on proper technique and getting the most from your workout.</div>

Chief medical officer Professor Dame Sally Davies said: </p>
<p>&#8220;We know a significant proportion of people in the UK probably have inadequate levels of vitamin D in their blood. People at risk of vitamin D deficiency, including pregnant women and children under five, are already advised to take daily supplements.&#8221;<br />
 <br />
<b>Experts are clear &#8211; low levels of vitamin D can increase the risk of poor bone health, including rickets in young children. </b>   <br />
 <br />
Dr Benjamin Jacobs, consultant paediatrician at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, described the issue as a &#8220;major problem&#8221;.  He said:</p>
<p>&#8220;There are many other children who have less severe problems &#8211; muscle weakness, delay in walking, bone pains &#8211; and research indicates that in many parts of the country the majority of children have a low level of Vitamin D.&#8221;</p>
<p> Supplements are already recommended for groups at higher risk of deficiency. This includes people with dark skin, such as people of African-Caribbean and South Asian origin, and people who wear full-body coverings, as well as the elderly, young children, pregnant and breastfeeding women and people who avoid the sun.  Recent findings also show that we can add pale-skinned people to the list. <br />

<b>Vitamin D &#8216;The Sunshine Vitamin&#8217;</b><br />

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin best known for its roles in preventing rickets and maintaining proper levels of calcium in the blood.  The &#8216;Sunshine Vitamin&#8217; is generally acquired by the body in two ways &#8211; exposure to the sun&#8217;s ultraviolet (UV) rays and dietary intake. <br />

Vitamin is an important factor in the maintenance of good health, furthermore Vitamin D helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, and the absorption and use of calcium &#038; phosphorus.<br />

Back then, little was known about the classifications of fat and the role each type played in our bodies. At first, all fats were assumed to be bad for our health. Later on, this statement was revised and the assumption became “all saturated fats are bad for our health.”</span></h5>
<h2><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Early Research: Is Coconut Oil Good For You?</span></h2>
<h5><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">The man who popularized the theory of saturated fats being bad for the health was Mr. Ancel Keys, an American scientist. He conducted several studies both on men and animals to see the effects of fats in the body. His studies were widely publicized, emitting fear in the general public. This raised concerns about the presence of saturated fats in foods and oils, making people turn their heads away from products that contained this type of fat.</span></h5>
<h5><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Coconut oil, containing 92% of saturated fatty acids, was put under fire and many shunned the use of this oil for decades. However, recent developments show that studies made on coconut oil were not consistent and there is much fault in the previous researches. Dr. Mary Enig MS, Ph.D criticized researches made in the past decades, saying that the coconut oil used in the studies were hydrogenated, altering the composition of the oil. Hydrogenating the coconut oil results in increasing the amount of trans fat (the bad kind of fat), and reducing the amount of essential fatty acids needed by the body.</span></h5>
<h5><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Aside from pointing out the faults of past studies, Dr. Enig conducted studies of her own to show the health benefits coconut oil can give. Her studies concluded that dietary coconut oil does not lead to high blood cholesterol levels; neither does it prompt the development of coronary heart disease. These new discoveries greatly contrast the findings of past generations, giving the name of coconut oil a fresh start.</span></h5>
<h5><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Aside from the research done by Dr. Enig, a string of new experiments and investigations have been conducted by many renowned scientists, bringing new information about the health benefits of coconut oil. Aside from lowering cholesterol levels and preventing heart disease, coconut oil is now known for fighting cancer and HIV, it’s antimicrobial properties, it’s role in regulating hyperthyroidism, weight loss, diabetes management, and many more.</span></h5>
