Caerphilly Leisure Centre
Situated near the edge of the town centre, Caerphilly Leisure Centre is where I began in the fitness industry and where I still work to this day.
The facilities for 1-2-1 or group training include a fully fitted, air conditioned fitness suite that has a wide range of cardiovascular equipment (treadmills, cross trainers etc) to help us work on your fitness. They also have a wide range of resistance machines and free weights to help us tone, tighten or build muscle as you desire.
There are 2 benefits of this facility though: the squash courts and the numerous halls and studios that can be used for 1-2-1 or group training away from the gym floor.
Ever wanted a really intense circuits session for you, or for you and a few friends? It can be done here.
Better still is these spacious rooms allow the use of amazing personal training equipment such as the TRX, the Vipr, the Vew-Do Board and the CoreStick.

I used to be a graphic designer, now I am a copy editor in chief. I have always enjoyed functioning with computers and am attempting to learn computer code in my free time.
